Aww man u guys I found this thing on baby center called the pregnancy heart rate calculator and this is what it says:
*before you were pregnant, your target heart rate while exercising was between 131 and 172 beats per minute (that's 32 - 43 beats every 15 seconds). Now, your maximum heart rate should be around 121 beats per minute (no more than 30 beats every 15 seconds). *
**im soo worried now...I hope everything is okay..Does this mean I should stop exercersing? I dont really feel like im over exerting myself but thats what it says---aww man, this sucks---
