Hey

for the last 5 months I have had pain in and around my groin. At first I think it was coming from my testicles. However now there is no pain in my testicles but still in my groin and heavily in my buttocks, near the top close to my spin. These pains shoot down my legs. Can anyone tell me what this might be. Ive been to my doctor but she never examined me and told me to buy a jock strap. I have since been back and she is sending me to see a urologist, just a little worried thats all. If only I knew what it was. I hate being unfit

Hi.
Some people get such a pain just before they get the signs of herpes. It begins with that strange pain then maybe a prickly feeling (like pins or like pulling at the strands of your hair with a tweezer in that area) and eventually small pimples on the penis, or on the testicles, or inside the thighs. If you've noticed pimples too then you ought to tell your doctor to have it checked.
