Q: Swallowed a Long Length of Nylon Thread

hello all

about 1.5hrs ago I accidentally swallowed a 0.5metre length of nylon thread that was tied end-to-end in a loop. i swallowed it with some boiled cabbage (the person who cooked it had used it to tied the cabbage up...)

is this very serious? i heard that my organs can get cut and etc... and what should i do about it?
