i found about 6 or 7 little bumps like things by my vigina area.i flipped out and tried to pop them and they just bleed a little...no genital dont want to go to the doctor just yet thinking i have a disease....i would like to get some ideas on what it could be first

If you shave it could be razor bumps. It could also be an infected hair follicle.

They could be fordyce's spots too. I've got tons of them on the inner most layer of my inner labia. They make my labia feel like they're full of sand! But that's just how I am.
