so im really not sure what category i should post this in.. Confused but i'll try here. So i am 19 years old and i am 5'3" and weigh 122 pounds. ( im a girl btw) I guess you would say pretty average.

anyways.. i am sooo addicted to soda, and sweets. and i dont mean i just like them. When i wake up in the morning i eat something sweet, i.e. ( twinkie, doughnut, cookie, sugar cereal, and always a soda ) than for lunch i eat something small a sandwhich, soup, salad. and for dinner it's about the same. For snacks i have chips, soda, more sweets etc. When i wake up first thing i crave is sweets, almost unbearable. I also can not seem to stop once i eat something sweet, instead of 1 twinkie, or doughnut i'll have 2 or 3. I hate eating this way, and while i'm not overweight its very unhealthy, and i am begining to notice some weight gain. I just can not stop the soda or sweets. I dont know how to get off of this horrible eating habit. I find i can do it for like 2 weeks and than i'm right back to doing the same thing.

also i have notcied my stomach which has always been pretty tight, (even while eating like i mentioned above ) now seems to constantly be bloated. I tend to feel nauseous, lightheaded, or even just sick. This has just happened with in the last 3-4 weeks. I'm not sure why that would happen.. I would think if it related to my diet i would have noticed it before now...?

any suggestions or advice Crying or Very sad

A while after you're done eating, do you feel like you've eaten nothing at all?
