14 weeks is quite early and they cannot always tell. 18-22 weeks is a better time frame for determining sex via ultrasound.

i went at 16 weeks and they couldnt tell me

sex is evident at 12 weeks but not by ultrasound.Thats what ive read so i guess that means if you have a miscarriage or something and they are hold your babythey can see what it was at 12 weeks? the earliest an ultrasound can tell is 16 weeks i believe but its more obvious at 18-22 weeks. I didn't find out what I was having until 2 weeks before Kaylee was born, she just wouldn't cooperate! So don't get your hopes up *too* high!
