I am 8 weeks pregnant. I had my first ultrasound yesterday and my baby's heat rate was 170 BPM. Last night around 8:30 pm I fell down the stairs at my house on my back and I am concerned for the baby. I have not felt any pain except were my back and butt hit. Should I be concerned???
