I think i might have a hydrocele in my right testicle. Not really painful or anything but it makes it seem like 3 times larger than the other. key word to this post is i THINK-im no doctor, just reading descriptions has brought me to this conclusion. im 15 i cant exactly walk up to my parents and say somethings wrong with my balls take me to a doctor....is there any cause for alarm, is treatment necessary, or should i ignore it all together? Thanks in advance.

Why can't you walk up to your parents and say there is something wrong "down there"? If they love you and care for you they'll know you're being serious.

Yeah, you don't have to tell them all the details. Tell them you think something is wrong and you'd rather not talk about the details. They will probably get it and bring you in. You don't want to risk your health for fear of embarrassment. You need to rule out other things like testicular cancer, which is serious. And more common in younger men like yourself. Go to the doc!

Parents are more understanding than you might think. I would try to talk to them but if you can't tell them you need a physical for school or something just so you can go in, then talk to the doctor about your problem.
