Q: Had a Concussion, Is It Really Anxiety?

Well, I had a mild concussion a few weeks ago, and I'm still experiencing strange symptoms. I have a constant dizzy feeling, pressure in my head, tingling in my left arm, drowsiness, shakiness, difficulty concentrating, weakness, trouble breathing sometimes, and the feeling that I'm about to faint/die. Now, I also don't get alot of sleep, maybe like 6 hours a day. I'm a freshman in college, and it's been like a month since I started school - some I'm wondering if this is like stress based, or if this is something I shoud be worried about.

PLEASE HELP!
