Hello everyone, the name is Eric and I have just recently been handed my GTT papers back and told"your life will now suck". Not really but that is the way it seems so far.
I have read every thread under the hypoglycemia heading and have found some helpfull info thanks to you guys on here.
GTT results were
fasting=89
1st hr=93
2nd hr=87
3rd hr=48
4th hr=65
5th hr=72
6th hr=76
couple of questions for smarter people than me
1.tuna is OK, but is from a can OK? or does it have to be fresh, and tuna in water or oil?
2. Are preservatives bad also?
