Q: Possibly Pregnant & Lletz Procedure for CIN2

I'm due to have the lletz procedure done next week for CIN2. I'm not overly worried about it but I think I may be pregnant, in that I had unprotected sex when I was ovulating. It'll be too early to do a test before the procedure but I don't want to have to wait for another appointment if its not necessary. Has anyone had the lletz done when they were in the early stages of pregnancy with no complications.

It is recommended you tell your doctor if you think you may be pregnant. You could be risking complications if you are pregnant.

Possibly pregnant
Hi Susie B,
As far as I know they will not perform the lletz cone biopsy when you are pregnant.. i went in to have this done and they complete a pregnancy test on you before you even move onto the surgery section. This is to give the all clear they can complete this. I would defintly talk to your doctor because i dont think they will...
