Hi,
I have previous fractures on my 4th and 5th metacarpal for my right hand.
This was about 6 years ago.

Nowadays, I will have occasional pain and stiffness in my right hand at the bones, especially during cold temperature and under load conditions.
However I will also feel slight pain in the wrist as well.

Had a check by a specialist on this. X-ray results are okay but there is volar prominence on my right hand.

Basically the diagnosis seems to be okie.
But I am not too sure whether we are missing anything.

Is it common to encounter such chronic pain after fractures have healed?

Anyone?
Thanks.
