Well, im a 16 year old male who wears mens
clothing. larege mans for that matter. Im
6ft4 and i have no "cleavage" im guessing
this is because i play rugby regulary?
Through puberty some guys get one or two
large "breasts" maybe your son was one of
the unlucky ones who got two.

I'm about 5 foot 10.75 inches and I weigh
about 145 lbs and I'm 16. I'm on the big
side of things and I guess exercise can
tone down the "man boobs". Hope it helps

Ok so if you want big bulky muscles...do
high weight low reps in the gym.
For tight long muscles do low weight high
reps.
Im not sure if its fat or just his big
muscular pecks...little confused.
If its muscle...do what I said above. If
its fat, still do the low weight high rep
routines but also try whats called circuit
training or something. If he keeps his
heart rate up while he works out and goes
from machine to machine without stopping
for too long it will also help burn more
calories.
There are many ways to work out the chest.
Incline bench, decline bench and tons of
dumb bell workouts. Even just doing push
ups with your arms further apart than
normal will focus more on the chest and
less on the triceps and shoulders.
Unless you are speaking about the tissue
that develops inside the nipple causing
them to look.....erect...all the
time...that I cant help you with.

well ur son should honestly avoid lifting
weights, cuz lifting weight = increase
body mass which if u dont work out for a
long time it will eventually turn back
into fat. Now wut he should do it cardio
exercise such a running, walking, jogging.
20min a day for a few months and also make
him go on a carb diet. Its very affective
in my opinion.
