Hey, I'm a 16 year old male and was wondering something.
One side of my rib cage pops out more that the other. It sticks out probably an inch futher than the left side.
So I was just wondering, are there any quick fixes for this problem, or am I stuck like this?
Thanks Smile

There is no quick fix. There is surgery or a brace that pushes your ribs to where they belong.

do you know how long the brace would have to be worn?
and at what times?

Why do you feel the need to fix it? It would be painful I would think.

I bet no one else would notice.

Oh I'm just researching my options. It doesn't really bug me. But if theres a way that i could even it out, that would be great.
