Hi Friend
I hope I can help you out here ....
I think you may have a trapped nerve in your lower back.
Your spine is your 'central nervous system' dizziness and headaches are symptoms as your back / spine and head are all connected. This will need to be checked out by a Doctor/Neurologist ....
Other symtoms are nausea, sickness too.....
To take a neorfen will ease the pain in your back, but please try to relax more .. and get yourself checked out for your peace of mind ...

Take care, and please post back with anymore info so we can help further.

Polymyalgia rheumatica
Hi I am a 37 year old male, I work on computers and telephone systems and frequently drive long distances of 200 to 500 miles a week. Three years ago I started to experience pain and stiffness in my left upper toe joint, the joint closest to the top part of my foot. The joint in my toe didn't seem to bother me unless I pulled on it, so I left it to heal
thinking that I may have hurt it at work. Well, it has been three years now and I still have this pain in the toe joint. I began to believe I could possibly have gouty arthritis. About a year after I noticed the issue in my toe, The pain seem to begin to spread to my left shoulder......then shortly after to my right shoulder then, my back began to feel rickety. Left side of my neck has been stiff for six or so months. Then I began to feel nerve pains in my hips that would randomly coarse down my left leg. Then my joint in my left index finger then my right index finger. I went to see a doctor
and he told me that I had Polymyalgia rheumatica. The Doc started me on 20Mg Paxil , 20MG Flexeril , and 7.5Mg Mobic. Well that seem to take care of most of the pain but only for a short time. The pain began to return, so I went back to my Doc and he upped the doses of flexeril and mobic. The pain didn't go away it just seem to lurk at a level six so I decided to go back to my Doc. My regular Doctor was not in so I decided to see his partner doctor who told me I was to young to have Polymyalgia rheumatica and he told me that I have something wrong with my back. A misaligned disk or vertebra or possible several vertebrae. Now I am still on Paxil because of the side effects of quitting and I'm in more pain than before and I have an added bonus of dizziness and when I turn my eyes to look to the left I feel almost like a really small seizure in my head at random times when I'm in the most pain. My whole body hurts....the major joints hurt most in the morning and sometimes I have bouts of aggression and irritability and loss of concentration sometimes along with random shooting pains in my legs fingers neck and where ever they strike. This problem is affecting my family life my wife doesn't want to be around a negative, grouchy pain suffering stick in the mud, and not to mention I have a four year old little girl who doesn't need negativity. I began to take sample packs of 200Mg Celebrex and the pain and dizziness goes away within one hour and I have my energy back but it only last eight to ten hours, if that, then back to feeling like I'm dyeing. I need help and I don't know what to do. Can someone please pass me a suggestion or possibly tell me I'm not alone.
