does anyone have random sharp pains in some part of the body some times... sometimes i feel pain in my side without a reason or something hurts for no reason...

Yeah, it happens. Muscles spasm, nerves mis-fire. It's pretty common.

sharp stabbing pains
yeah same when i wake up or in general i get these sharp pains it is where you have been sleeping on limb or chest or your side a.k.a ribs
