i seem to have very cold hands all the time .... so cold i feel i need to wear some sort of mitts ... they are ice cold ... any suggestions

Hi Debbie

All I can think of is bad circulation..... it's where the blood doesn't get to the hands / feet etc. .... our blood is directed to area's that need it most ..like our organs that keep us alive ... hence why when it's cold ouside, our hands and feet feel the cold more .... if you are worried about it, then please go see a doctor, it is really nothing to worry about tho ... another sugggestion is to keep your hands moving ... even if it's 'drumming' your fingers ....
