I have just found a little lump just in my annal! its a size of a pea, how ever it doesn't hurt apart from when i go for a number2 lol it feels like its all cut, it hurts first time a pooh come out then its alright and then other times it'll hurt all the time :s . occassionaly i get blood come through, this has been going on for years but i haven't really though bout it much because it can be perfectly fine at times, however now i have felt a little lump, reminds me of a wart! I'm a bit concerned~!~

*can anyone help me, or give me a clue on what this might be!?*

This is more than likely a hemorrhoid from the sounds of it. You can use hemorrhoid cream from the pharmacy. Eat fiber to prevent straining from constipation. See you doctor if you are still concerned.
