Q: Baby Name Dispute

Chris and I have discussed names since we were JUST friends. His grandmother (who is the only woman in his family tree NOT Hispanic) was from England. But because he was raised in a Spanish-speaking home he really wants the baby to have a Hispanic name.

I, on the other hand, have always tried to avoid Hispanic names because I myself am Hispanic. Hence, why I named McKayla McKayla instead of any other name. It's been the start of a few arguments in our relationships, and I'm at the point where I just wanna give in.

In your opinion, which names are better? Do you have a favorite?

When I had my daughter I had it all planned... Her name was going to be either Dante' (as in Dante's peak) or Kiara. These names always apealed to me. Untill my hubbie and I had a go at each other...LOL I gave in and litterally threw the book at him (with baby names) and told him to pick 5 names andI would choose the best one.
