Well to start off with I myself "discovered" the idea of throwing up after meals 2 years ago and since then it has always been in my mind even if i didnt realize it ...... It wasnt something I took to immediately I tried it for a few days and I quit a few months later I guess I tried it and off and on used these method of throwing up to lose weight well in April-May 2007 I seemed to be gainin weight and i dont know why I thought maybe it was because I didnt throw up as much or starve myself as much I didnt pay much mind to it until the summer and I have a hard time sticking with a diet and I tried all summer until a month ago I decided to under NO curmstancies to not throw up and work out until the past week I have lost my ambition to work out and eat healthy and eat fairly regularly I forgot about my diet and started back this week I today suddenly had the urge just to eat and eat i was so hungary and i did so the whole time i was kinda telling myself its ok u can throw it up dont worry bout it and I dont want to go back to this method of diet I dont wanna start throwing up

I have lost my ambition to lose weight and idk wat to do.......

Hi my dear,

welcome back, this forum has helped me in a way to stop purging, let it help u too.

I am ex bulimic, so I can tell u: purging is not a way of loosing weight, moreover, in a long run u shall gain weight. u have already experienced its effect, u say u were eating and eating while hoping to compensate with purging. One day this hope can become an inner voice telling u to regularly eat nonstop. besides, purging can kill at one shot, all of a sudden, heart or brain can be demaged...i believe u have every argument not to do this and to try to stick to a healthier way of life.

I have not yet figured out a best diet in the world, franckly i dont believe there is any for me. I have discovered i am not a right person for that kind of discipline. a breach of a diet during bulimia used to make me mad at myself, and i purged.

now i realize, that even if i dont follow a plan, but eat more or less balanced healthy food and in more or less moderation it is ok.

I am slim now, and look much better than i did when i was bulimic. I tell u this not because i want u to follow my advice, it is true. First i was anorexic with a modelling offers, than i gained weight due to bulimia and lost it when stopped purge/laxative madness. Consider this!

If u eat more than u think u should have, forgive yourself, and use the chance to ask urself why u did so. if u have a possibility ask a nutritionist for an advice, as well chack if u have PMS, almost every woman has it.

keep updating

cheers

Do you have an exercise buddy? Perhaps someone who can help motivate you to exercise? I know it's hard to keep up with my routine when there's no one to exercise with. I hope you find someone and try to stay sober.
