Doxycycline 100mg 2x a day for 10 days will treat Chlamydia as of 2009.
Suprax 400mg one time will treat Gonorrhea as of 2009.
If you have tested negative, and haven't received treatment, these are worth a try, sometimes people test negative but still carry these creatures.
If you treat yourself with those meds and you don't slowly improve over a 2 week period, then you probably do not have either of those infections.
Then you try Metronidazole with Erythromycin, to treat possible Trich and other infections. I'm not sure the dosing for those, but it can be found online.
If no improvement, you could have a viral issue, which sometimes takes a while to stop bothering you, (a month or more).
After that, your last diagnosis would be a chronic issue like chronic prostatitis. It is managed painwise with medications like valium or klonopin and others.
Like the above poster said, avoid alcohol completely while you are having this problem and drink a gallon of water a day!
