Q: Naseus - is this morning sickness ?

For the last 4 days, late evening I feel really naseus. Is thier anyway I can stop this? I almost throw up, the first time this happend I thought I may have eaten something bad but now Im thinking since this seems to be a daily thing now I think it may be morning sickness?

eat small meals and eat crakers if you can when you start to feel sick

I heard lemons help...but it doesnt help me. My mom told me today that she got really bad morning sickness all through her pregnancy with my brother and I... soooo maybe Im just detined to have it. I hate throwing up
