Yea i usually get aching in my joints. but if you ever feel really stressed and nauseated and just want to get away, try taking a walk or a long warm bath/shower it usually makes you forget about everything and you feel clean and good. when ir eally feel panic and like i am gonna be sick i sit in the shoer for 30 minutes and listen to the water run, IT HELPS ALOT!!!

Hi Deer!
I too have had issues with anxiety. For me it was caused by being depressed. That may or may not be the case for you. Look up common signs of depression and see how many of them apply to you. Being constantly tired is often times one sign of depression.
No matter whats causing it, there are people that can help. Keep it up! Asking questions is a great place to start. Send me a PM over the forums if you want to know more about what I went through and how much therapy has helped for me.

Burning Sensations
does anyone get burning sensations all over body? ivd been having these every since i took birth control pills. ive had all work up with neurologist, had mri, ct scans, blood word, emg~ all ways neg. the doctors keep telling me it is anxiety. i take ativan at night which seems to help but dr. keeps trying to put me on antideppresants and they all make the burning sensations worse. i have been told that i have anxiety and usually it was treated with a short term prescriptions. I am 8 months postpartum of my little girl and this all started 2 months after having her. if any one knows what is going on or if they have similar symptoms i would like to talk.

Lacy,
Im sure you have already thought of this but changes in moods, depression, anxiety etc may have something to do with Postpartum depression. Im in no place to give you advice, but maybe you should look around for other people that have had huge changes in mood/body after a pregnancy. There is a large percentage of women that do go through what they call PPD.
I get hot flashes (not burning) as a symptom of my anxiety, probably not the same as you tho. That anxiety is also a product of depression.
Hope this helps even a tiny bit.

Hi there!
My chiropractor told me that heat and cold feelings in the muscles is a stress response. I get these randomly - not anywhere in particular.
Also, an irregular heartbeat is nothing unusual for an anxiety sufferer.

When I would get anxiety attacks I would also get cold sweats and feel sick to my stomach, is this normal symptoms? My doctor said it was.
