Hi
How old are you?
For how long you are experiencing nightmares?
Do you avoid sleep because of nightmares or you just can't fall asleep?
Can you point some certain situations that are preceding your sleeping time with nightmares?

Nightmares
Well, I would say to see a therapist. Im not saying your going insane, but maybe they can help determine why your having those nightmares. If that doesnt work I would suggust seeing Sylvia Browne. She has helped so many people with your same problem. Maybe in your past life something involved nightmares. Sylvia would be able to explain it. And she also gives ways how to get ride of it. I wish the best luck to ya.
