Q: Slight Soreness Isn Scrotum

I have no difficulty in urinating. No dribbling. No aches, pains or fever. No burning sensation. However, there is a numb soreness on my scrotum. It started last week when I had intercourse with my wife and urinated immediately (after going to the restroom). When I did that I kind of felt a "twitch" on what it seemed to be one of the tubes that is in there (vas deferns, urehtra (sp?)).
Anyway, I am 44 and in rather good health.

Any thoughts of what it could be? Question
