I have to wear glasses, and when my glasses get too dirty, or if i don't use them to read, i usually get a headache in my right eye. the only thing i have to get rid of it is sleeping it way for the entire day. then since i slept soo much, i am up the entire night, and i cant sleep like a normal person, so i get another headache since i am tired at work. :{ i have also noticed that if i am stressed out, or tired, i usually get one in both my eyes, then after 3 days it goes away! which to no prevail, i get them back in a few days! anyone know why?

p.s. why is it called a headache when it's in your eye? i looked else where and it only says that you can get a headache and migranes in your HEAD... not your eyes... maybe it's something else?
