Q: Do Guys Mind Body Hair?

Ok so this is a bit awkward...but you guys dont know who i am so HA.
anyway...
ok so ever since....EVER...i've always been a hairy person.
hairy legs, arms, lower back....the rest of my back, stomach...pretty much everything but the bottom of my feet. I'd say the palms of my hands too but I've actually had hair on my thumbs. weird...i know.
so yeah, i know not every girl is as hairy as me, but do guys mind?
Cuz I do shave my legs and I've shaved my stomach and just the part of my chest that shows when i wear lowcut shirts. i'm not talking like forests of hair, just a light covering, but its noticable.
i'm asking because i do my best to not let people see most of this hair (as much as i can hide/get rid of), but i dont wanna be in a situation where im getting intimate and then all of a sudden i shed some clothes and it's like oh hair....ewww....TURNOFF. that would make me hate myself.
so yeah feedback from both men and women with any similar experiences would be most appreciated.

My answer: If it's a light covering I know I wouldn't mind personally.

In my personal opinion it doesn't matter. If you and the person have an emotional connection he wont mind at all.

You will just be warmer to snuggle with Smile

I am like... well if I didnt shave for a month, and ran out into the woods naked, there would be a big foot hunt! lol. ANd for some guys, its a turn on! from what you say though, no, I wouldnt worry about it... it woulent be a turn off, and if it is for a guy you dont want him anways, because he doesent care about you... after all, if he makes opinions based on what you LOOK like, then he isnt the type of guy you want to be with Smile

Hmm, I'm not sure whether or not what I'm about to say is just a myth, but I think you should be careful with how frequently you shave since I've heard that each time you shave it grows back faster and thicker. Don't want to try hiding a "problem" to only have it become worse in the long run. This is assuming though, that it is not a myth. I'm pretty hairy for an asian, I don't have hair much upper body, most of my face (cheeks including) have light hair, and they seem to grow darker the more I shave. The bottom half... jeez I'm a satyr haha. Lot of girls have hair on their arms, I know some girls with a bit of a mustache, but I tend to forget that and not care cuz they are my friends and they are pretty =). Many hispanic girls (colombians and dominicans for instance) particularly got a lot of hair on their arms, so nothing is "unusual" about seeing that on my part. If you just have light covering as you said over your body, I don't see how it would be a big concern unless it gets to a point where it looks like werewolf syndrome, which you don't have. Don't be too worried about it miss lady, pssh thousands of guys you can potentially see/meet, if they got an issue with it, screw them, you will definitely find somebody who'd appreciate you for you.

P.S. Haha Silentbear, take a month off the shaving, I'll bring the shotgun and the netting. =) We could make a fortune!!!

lol the hair shouldn't be a big deal... i am pretty hairy too but my boyfriend doesnt really seem to care lol we have talked about it before and he has noticed the hair but it doesnt bother him... if it bothers you fix it but if it doesnt dont worry what a man is going to think... find a man that is attractted to you when you are comfy!!! but you need to be comfortable with your self first... then dont change yourself for someone. look for someone who finds you attractive just like that... k?

I do have a bf and he doesnt seem to care...in fact he had never mentioned anything until recently when i told him i had to play a man in a play im doing and i said i had to wear a fake beard... he said "why, you already have a beard". this upset me because no one had ever commented on that before...alot of guys (especially my brothers) have jokingly said they're jealous of my mustache, and that would make me cry when i was little. now i just give them a dirty look and punch them and then laugh about it, because i've realized lots of girls have mustaches now. but beards.....eck. it's not like full or anything but i can see it when i look in the mirror and i can feel it when i touch my face....well i feel hair all over my face...it feels kinda like a peach. but yeah i wasnt really mad at my bf but a bit upset because because he always talks about all the things that make me beautiful and how im perfect in his eyes, but he had never mentioned anything that made me feel less than pretty till then. he didnt necessarily say it was a bad thing but i doubt he goes around going "oooo my gf has a beautiful hairy chin...be jealous!". he appologized for bringing it up shortly after though.

Hair Removal Tips?
oh and yeah...i pretty much hate shaving but i do it anyway because it's the quickest way to do it. i hate it cuz it seems it's also the form of hair removal that lasts the least....im talking HOURS. not even exaggerating. sometimes i shave at night when i shower and in the morning my legs already feel like sandpaper and the little black dots of hair are already visible. i love using nair because it lasts longer than anything else i've tried...my legs stay hair-free for 2-3 days. thats still a very short time though. and i can only use that on my legs because it says not to get it on your breasts or face, which are the areas i also wish werent hairy. does anyone know of some good products i can use that are safe for more areas than your legs/arms? i really dont want to shave my face. i'd feel like i hit rock bottom if i did that. plus im pretty sure it'd be noticable when it grew back within less than a day.

Waxing is safe for all over the body, and unlike shaving it doesn't make the hair seem thicker when it grows back.

yeah but waxing hurts! and is verrrrry unreliable. atleast for me. all my attempts at waxing just result in pain and very little hair being removed per pull. plus if i waxed my face i'd have to wax my WHOLE face. i say this because my entire face has hair on it, and if i only remove the hair on my upper lip, it's like i have a reverse-mustache...only that area would be hairless. this isn't an assumption, i've tried it.

yeah i use nair on my legs and sometimes arms, but it lasts like three days at the most. thats pretty much the longest hairfree time i get.
