Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Forum - Loud Noises=dizziness?

For the past two weeks now whenever I hear a loud noise (could even be as simple as someone laughing loud) I get dizzy and feel like I'm going to fall over. This is now accompanied with nausiousness and dull earache What is going on here?
