Suffer from Dental Anxiety.

Been prescribed 5mg Valium,to relax me

Will it make me Sleepy. Worried i'll loose control of myself & the appointment

Extremely eHealthy

Oh Yeah!

Any alprazalam or equvilent will make you sleepy. Especially when you first start it. Once you body gets use to it, you might not be as sleepy. I would caution you as I am sure your doctor would, be careful driving, operating machinery,etc till you know how it is going to effect you. In other words my firend "Be Careful".
Good luck, it is a narc so only take as directed!
