A week and a half ago, Jersey was taken to the doctor's because she had been sick for over a week. Coughing, sneezing, feeling like hell. Anyway, she had so much wax build-up that he had to scrape it out Shocked . She screamed blue homicide Crying or Very sad

So, when we went back on Friday for her 7 month appt., as soon as she caught eye of him she started freaking out. Before this she always smiled and laughed for him Sad . I hope she forgets about all this before her next appt. in the next 2 months! Poor baby!

She now weighs 20lbs and she is 28inches long =)
I mentioned the ring mark from the sock, and he isn't concerned. She has sensitive skin and he just said to note if it happens again. I feel better Smile. I'm not sure if i've ever mentioned that fact that Jersey has Low Muscle Tone before? She has reduced muscle strength. She isn't sitting up by herself quite yet(in the last pics i posted she was, but only because we sat her in that position and quickly moved to get the shot). It's not a huge concern at this moment, but she has seen an occupational therapist. She likes her food feeder and her Farley cookies.

What kind of biscuits do you give your babies. Maybe something less in sugar?

I hope she starts liking the doctor again too! That'd be horrible if she cried everytime she saw him Sad
Sounds like she's doin great!
We give Kaylee those gerber biter biscuits & them hard toast sticks, I can't think of what they're called right now. She also eats the gerber cookies now.

what a little chunkette! i love it! i think those were finn's 7 month stats.

i was wondering about the sock mark. i thought you'd just forgotten to update us. is it gone now?

i don't know what farley cookies are... are they baby cookies? like the gerber biter biscuits? i gave finn the biter biscuits and zwieback toast to start, now he's moved on to animal crackers and graham crackers. i don't know about the sugar content, but i'm sure there are different varieties.

I heard Gerber's are the best. I went looking yesterday, but only came across the Heinz. Farley's are baby cookies. They taste nasty!

Believe it or not, the mark is still there. It's slowly fading though.

Wow, Jersey's such a big girl!!

When you say Farley's cookies, do you mean rusks? That's what I have for Jenny, Farley's rusks. They might be two different things though.. I dunno. She's not actually that keen on them, but my dad LOVES them! Laughing

Zwieback toast is Alyvia's absolute favorite. She likes to eat half, and then stash the other half in places and find it later. It's disgusting! I've found half-eaten pieces in the couch cushions, under my computer chair, in the bathroom...

She's also taken an affinity for M&Ms Shocked she came across a bag on the nightstand and helped herself, and ever since she's been a little candy thief! Needless to say, the M&Ms are now on a high shelf in the kitchen. I'm terrified one's going to get lodged in her throat.
