even vomit?

yourself to i have anxiety and whenyou
have fear of being sick you nerves from
being scared with upset your stomach to
the point of vomiting.

Do you mean making yourself sick enough to
vomit? Or are you talking about anxiety
making you sick enough to vomit? Or are
you talking "Bolimia" ei...forcing
yourself to vomit for the sake of loosing
weight? All three are possible problems,
only due to different reasons.

If you want to get sick, can you get sick
(say over night) with out being in contact
with anyone who was or is sick or the
basics: not enough sleep, bad immune
system etc.
is it possible?
