Reset
Hey, I have 2 friends who in the past 2 months have lost over 30 pounds. Both of them did so by going on a low glycemic diet. They started with the Usana Reset which just gets all the levels of your body and appetite back on an even playing field, and then from there they've just both been eating a low glycemic diet. Really though, it's not a diet. They don't feel hungry all the time because it's not a traditional diet, they're just eating in a way that doesn't spike their blood sugar which is what causes a person to crave food all the time. Anyways... I don't know if this helps. If you have questions let me know.

Atkins
Caffeine within two hours of a meal will inhibit weight loss or hidden carbs. Probably something that you are eating has some hidden carbs

you are eating something wrong I think. This diet can not fail. Write down everything and I mean everything you eat and PM it to me to see if I can find something wrong.

Try exerciseing, eating healthy. Our CNS relys on carbs, if the atkins diet is limiting your carbs, then your CNS (brain) is not fully functioning. That is what I think is wrong. Diets never work, once your done, you gain the weight right back. Exercise, eat right. Make a life-style change.

Hello
Atkins does work. Yes, your body needs carbs...but good carbs. In the beginning, on induction, you eat 20g net carbs. Then when you have lost 45% of your goal weight, you up that 5grams per week. It is a diet that works. Your body does not need all of the extra carbs when you are overweight. People only knock this diet because they don't understand it. Go over every single thing that you eat and drink and figure out exactly how many carbs you are eating. Make sure that 15g of them are from veggies. Make sure you are drinking 64 oz of water as well.
"diets never work, once your done, you gain the weight right back" well, Atkins is a lifestyle change, not a diet, so you won't gain any weight back if you follow it the way you are supposed to.
