Q: Eye Cataract - small patch of pigment on the lens

hi i have a cataract like effect in my right eye
i got it by birth ie.there is small patch of pigment on the lens
what type of problem is this how i can remove it, imean waht type of sergery and itsside effects
(as i am also a medical student i want to know some detailinformationabout this lz help me)

My grandmother had her cataract removed with a laser ... as an out-patient in a specialty clinic.

i am 23 years old
as i told u i have congenital eye cataract but its not visible from out side
the docter told me that its is about o.15 mm blocking the len to have full work capacity or when i asked to my anatomy teacher he told me that it may be pigment on my eye lens
