Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Forum

I have had this before that when I wake up in the morning and brush my teeth I spit blood. I always thought this was from my allergies and dry sinuses. This morning I was spitting a lot of blood, like a nosebleed not from the front, but in the back going into my mouth. Has anyone ever had this?

Nasal blood vessels can rupture if you're blowing your nose a lot.

Have you tried cleaning your sinuses daily? A saline wash can really help ...

recurrent nose bleed

my nose bleeds when I get I get upset and stressed out, on both nostrils really worried
