does every woman experience implantation bleeding, and if so when and how long is it for? also can some women not have constipation problems during pregnancy? Question

I don't think every woman experiences implantation bleeding and I'm sure not every woman suffers from constipation during pregnancy.

every woman, and indeed every pregnancy is different so not all women have these symptoms
