20 yr old I've tried manual enlargement techniques in the past which i feel have decreased bloodflow in genital area. Often, but not always, my testicles and penis are "held" tight, pressed into my body, leaving me with an eery cold sensation and a severly shrunked member, im not kidding the difference in dimenisions between the flaccid and erect states is startling. What can this be attributed to? Are there topical medications to increase bloodflow in any area(pubic region included), I feel this would help for some reason. Any info would be greaty appreciated, also if anyone could inform me of some websites i could turn to it would that would be great. Thanks

Any enlargement techniques will possibly do damage to your penis because you are stretching and stressing a very sensitive area!

There are topical medications to increase bloodflow. If you feel you have done damage though, I would go see a urologist.

And don't try make your penis larger. If you spend time learning about woman's anatomy and how it works, any girl will appreciate that much more than a large penis who thinks he can just pump away and she'll be thrilled on account of his large penis. It doesn't work that way.

Learn some technique, no one will ever notice once you've slept with them.
