we decided to start a family-after 1 week or so I WAS SURE I WAS PREgnant because the slightest thought made me want to cry. Well no here comes my period and one cycle was only 24 days! i'm used to that 27 range-well then 2 weeks after that I'm at work on my lunch break and spend most of the break tending to my really really heavy period that I'm also not used to- I freaked out for 20 minutes wondering if I should see a doc. Well it slowed done after like 30 minutes or so. Then the final straw in my mind was today at work I could of swore I had two hot flashes! And what I've been reading-they say go to the doctors and get evaluated well I'm at home right now and won't be seeing a doctor for days so I want to know now if I'm about to have premature menopause. Crying or Very sad

All I can say is...calm down.
I'm 42 and was wondering the same thing.
Was having whacky periods and hot flashes too. Lots of aching too. Very tired.
Finally booked an appointment with my naturalpath.
She's given me something to cleanse my liver and build my immune system. She thinks I have estrogen dominance - too much estrogen in my system. If your liver is not working properly - and not flushing the estrogen - it can build up - causing a whole hose of symptoms. You can get too much estrogen from many sources - chemicals (cleaners, household chemicals), skin products, bottled water (plastic bottles that may have been heated), sunscreen, etc.
I'm on a restricted diet for about a month as well.
Great news. My period seems to be returning to normal and I haven't had a hot flash in a month!
Although I eat healthy I do drink a lot of bottled water, use sunscreen, and clean clean clean.
I'll be much more careful in the future.
Good luck!
