I think ultimately the two of you should sit down and discuss you options and be open about your feelings towards the situation. However if your adult enough to have sex you better man up to a child. but together as adults you can decide what is the best route. Like my sons father signed his rights over.

Come to a custody/child support agreement. File it so neither of you can go agianst your word and go from there.

A father would never be able to just take the baby away from their maternal parent, unless through court they proceed to find the mother unfit, or she gives up her rights.

how old are you? i "didnt REALLY need" a baby in my life. but guess what i had my son anyways. and his daddy is still there, sure our time was a "one night stand" but still. you do realise, people CAN lie, a girl CAN be on BC dosnt mean she takes it on time EVERYDAY. you do realise that, that does make a differnce.
