Q: Ed? Help!

Recently my roomate's cousin came down to stay the weekend. We hooked up one night and it was pretty much great except one small problem. I couldn't maintain an erection for anything, or even seem to switch my sex drive on. I'm attracted to her, but I just wasn't feeling it at all. I'm pretty sure it's a result of some kind of nerves.. lots of stuff was going though my head at the time, but it doesn't matter. What matters is that she's still into me and wants to do it again, and soon. I'd normally be ecstatic in this situation, naturally, but I can't shake this fear that the same thing will happen again. That can't happen, my sex life is at stake here. What can I do??

Ed?
at times men lose the ability to lose an erection. this is normal. stress, anxiety, all play into this. stay calm and focus. this may not be the only time.

psychology is just as important when it comes to sex as hormones are.

Have you tried talking to her about what happened? She seems pretty interested if she's willing to hook up again. You never know... it might help.
