I have an ongoing problem with the hair on my legs and I was wondering if hair removal surgery might be covered under medical insurance due to the circumstances. My hair is very thick causing discomfort and pain, along with visible sores when I shave. I have been to a dermatologist multiple times with little to no improvement with the treatments provided. At this point I can see removal to be the only resolution, but I don't have the money necessary for this surgery. So do you think considering the effect it has on daily life and activities it might be covered by my health insurance?
