But you are right, getting him to a Doc is the right thing to do, they may suggest making a Diary of events, what eaten at what times, and any reactions, even if it is a calm reaction, then you can eliminate that food substance .....reactions to sugar could be an ADHD, and that it needs to be diagnosed as such .... or it maybe something else that eaten WITH sugar added that causes this.
Make a daily diary of everything eaten, and any reactions at any point after that food is taken .... then you may be able to pin-point the REAL thing that's causing this 'monster' ..... it could be chocolate, apples, banana's, beer anything ... but write it all down ....
