Hello, I'm 25, and I'm a HIVD patient with my L4-L5 disc ruptured.
I've suffered severe low back pain for almost a year now,
therefore, I can't go to work as usual, and my daily life had been affected greatly.I 've already tried physical therapy for 9 months, but it really doesn't work.I'm seriously thinking about doing the surgery,
but I have some questions about the MicroDiscectomy.
Is it possible to remove the herniated disc without removing any lamina in MicroDiscectomy??Will it be uncomfortable at my lower back after a successful procedure during rainy days??If so,what is the reason??and how do I avoid it?? And the last question is,
will the surgeons be able to repair the tear of the annulus fibrosus in the procedure??if not, will the nucleus pulposus herniate again easily??
somebody help me ...
