small history: im 21 years old, 5' 11", 160lbs, average build. been a light smoker since 17, no prior health problems besides having my tonils out due to chronic tonsilitis(adnoids not removed). No allergies.

For the past month i've been having trouble taking beep satisfying breaths and my body is constantly making me yawn or try to take a deep breath. Sometimes im succesful but ill be doing it again soon after. Also not every day, but every few days, a headache in the lower-right backside of my head, and stuffy nose, sometimes with sinus pressure. i'v heard many different things like, allergies, stress, anxiety, emphysema, and bronchitis, but im not coughing at all, and have never had allergies before.

i just wanted to get another proffesional opinion before i see my doctor soon.

Thanks
-Matt
