Q: Went numb during sleep - pressure on my chest

ok im a female, i woke up one night and flet presser on my chest,i couldnt move my head at all,all i could do was lay there while this was going on,and my neck and head kida went numb and locked up i cant open my eyes ,this has happend sevral times before,i dont have any medical promblem i know of im a helthy wight,please if you have any infomation on this feel free to tell me.ireally need you help it scard me Crying or Very sad

hi steph. i think it could be many of things. but one thing i have in mind is what we've been talking about in other forums on here. it's called sp (sleep paralysis) where you often, or sometimes feel parylized while sleeping or while awake just after awakening. please feel free to read the forums on sp and astro projection, which i believe they go hand in hand Smile
