I've had these involuntary contractions from my forearms to the top of my heel and to my feet, mainly the right side of my body, rarely left. When they contract, it lasts 5 seconds. I feel no pain but I feel a temporary loss of control and strength. I've gone to a neurologist but he just gave me some medication for Parkinsons and restless leg syndrome but after i ate all the medication, the contractions seemed to happen more. Please help me. Its been affecting my life daily for the past 5 years.
