can midol or ibupofen stop your pregnancy if you're in the first few weeks?
if it does, when do you get your period again (if you've already missed it from possibly being pregnant)

Midol or Ibuprofin will not cause you to miscarry.

If you're pregnant, you need to see a doctor. Discuss your options with them. Don't risk your health by trying any home 'remedies'.

There are no pills you can take if you are already late for your period. Ibuprofen and midol are not safe for pregnancy because they can cause problems in the baby. Not because they will cause you to lose the baby.

Take a pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant first. If not, get some birth control ASAP.
