Basicly, in early July I was hit in the
cheek bone by a cricket ball and was badly
bruised. Went to hospital and they said it
was only brusing but now its still
bruised! they didnt xray me at all and
just felt round my eye socket where most
of the impact was. I now have a rough area
of bone on the bottom of my eye socket.
What shall I do?

A rough area of bone anywhere is quite
serious, especially if it's near the eyes.
I recommend seeing your doctor
immediately. Oftentimes, bruised bones
will not heal properly unless icing
followed by some sort of warmth (hot
packs, rubbing, etc) is administered. Go
see the doctor.
