Ok, so hi! First off: 24 years old, above average size, uncut (if this is relevant)

I have a few issues I've been dealing with for a while and I thought I'd ask some questions...

First off, I've had many partners in my life and I have never orgasmed through sex, nor through oral sex. Condom on, condom off, different positions, etc... It feels good sometimes, others it doesn't really feel like much. I can only orgasm through masturbation and only one way at that. Advice?

Secondly; when I am having sex, I get an urge to urinate or what feels like urination. I don't think it's possible to do so... so what is it? I keep trying to squelch it because I don't want something to happen, but should I embrace it and let it go? Try to force it out?

Lastly, sometimes I just can't seem to be aroused enough to keep an erection for long periods of time. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't... but I wonder if that's just a stimulation thing. Typically after masturbating for my partner to orgasm, I am raring to go again in 20 minutes; but it seems like sometimes I just can't keep it hard.

i'm with you. i'm a female tho and i've never orgasmed outside of my dreams. not once in life have i come close to orgasming during sex. not during oral sex or digital sex. (i date women so no coitus for me). it's frustrating as all get up. during my dreams, i'm so turned on it's crazy but nothing comes close to that in real life. it saddens me cause i'm tired of making women cum and i can't ever come. i have no clue. it's like my body is off. my clit has virtually no sensation. neither do my breast. nothing seems to awaken me. it's like the wiring has been cut. i really wish there was more info about this.

having an orgasm during sex is great for everyone but there are some people who just cant seem to have one.
If there is a urination sensation, have you tried goin to the bathroom before you get an erection?
It is much much harder to ejaculate while you have to pee!
For women, its all about where it is hitting. There are certain spots on both men and women that need to be rubbed for that orgasm to come about.

For women, try doing cow girl moves. Not only does it go in deeper but it rubs the clitoris and the g spot.
For men, try doing it doggie but in the vagina. It rubs the clitoris on the woman and it also gives a tighter sensation for you shafting in and out.
