Lately i have been feeling really nauseated. Mostly after i eat. I do have anxiety and sometimes that can be the cause. And i may have acid reflux. Usually belching helps me aliveate the nausea for a short period of time. I am deathly afraid of vomiting. I haven't since the summer and before that for 3 years.I was wondering could it be the acid reflux making me feel like i should run to the toilet? I haven't dry heaved or vomited yet but i feel as if i could at any moment. It is terrible to go to school with it and i've missed 4/15 days already. But i get a feeling at the back of my throat as if i could cough and i usually do. It makes me gag also. Could this just be acid reflux or anxiety or something more? Please help me.
Thanks
Alex

Extremely eHealthy
I Have Acid Reflux Also Called (gerd)
Acid refulx is the the regerdutation of stomach juices. It can be very painful. Sometimes feeling like a heart attack. Starts at the stomach and works it's way up to the throat. Burns like your throat is on fire. Usually happens when you bend over to fast after eating or lay down to soon after eating too. Stomach juices are very caustic and can do a lot of damage to the esophagus over a period of time. Something to talk to your doctor about. There are medications out there to reduce this acid and repair any damage that has been done. Just last week I went to bed over to pick something up off the floor and before I knew it I was wiping up stomach juices off the floor. I never feel neauseated with this. It just happens out of nowhere.
Alex, your best bet is to talk to your doctor about this. It does resemble acid reflux. You very well might need that little blue pill. Get it taken care of before you do any more damage.
Does your throat "burn" as the juices come up? That is usually a for sure thing with Acid reflux. You very well my have anxniety along with this. Leave this up to your doctor to make a proper diagnosis and treat the cause.
This also could happen long after you have eaten a meal. Sometimes hours. I can eat dinner at 6pm and go to bed at 10pm and still have regerdutation. Not fun I know.
