Q: Muscle Spasm, Now a Knot In My Neck, Causing Headaches?

I have had a muscle knot in my neck, right side rear, near the center. Had it for years. I have constant headaches most of the day, worse when I lay down or in a recliner.
Do you think that spasm is causing these headaches?
I have had every test known to the human race, for my headaches. Every MRI, C Scan, many doctors and specialist.

What should I do about this knot?

What kind of doctor is an expert in muscle spasm/knot relief? Crying or Very sad

I have the exact same symptoms!
I have the exact same symptoms! Did anyone reply to you? I've been searching for relief for over 30 years. Also had CT's, MRI, chiro, accupuncture . . .
